Gamecock Signees Set for USA Basketball Trials

Kelsi Andrews and Oliviyah Edwards from South Carolina are among 22 athletes at the USA Basketball U18 trials in Colorado Springs.
Trials occur May 30, with the final 12-player team to be announced afterward.
The U18 team will compete at the AmeriCup in Irapuato, Mexico, from June 9–15, 2026.
Andrews has prior USA Basketball experience, including the 2024 FIBA U17 World Cup and the 2023 FIBA U16 AmeriCup.
Edwards has participated in USA Basketball camps and trials in the last three years.

The event marks another step in the players' ascent toward international competition with USA Basketball.
