Chinese medical team donates medicines to northern Togo health center

A Chinese medical team in Kara, northern Togolese, organized a free clinic and donated medicines to Saint Martin Health Center in Ketao.
The mission is part of the '100 Teams, 1,000 Villages' initiative and offered free consultations.
The team provided medical checks to more than 120 people, including seniors.
Xi Gang, head of the mission, said the team arrived prepared with medicines to meet patients’ needs.
Marie-Bernard Kolah, head of the Saint Martin Health Center, welcomed the mission and noted high turnout.
The visit took place in Ketao, about 433 kilometers north of Lomé.
The team included specialists across several fields, including traumatology and acupuncture.
The initiative aims to support vulnerable people in rural and remote areas.
