CBRE arranged a joint venture equity partnership for Interstate Shopping Center in Ramsey.
Crossroads Companies partnered with Wafra to acquire the center.
Tenants include ShopRite, TJ Maxx, Michaels, Macy’s, Burlington and DSW.
The center is located at the Route 17 and Franklin Turnpike interchange, 28 miles northwest of Manhattan.
The deal reflects Crossroads’ equity-raising efforts for acquisition opportunities.
CBRE noted the process was highly competitive with Wafra chosen as the preferred partner.
Sellers and collaborators praised the teamwork in closing the transaction.
Interstate Shopping Center is 348,763 square feet and grocery/pharmacy-anchored.
Center sits in the Northern New Jersey retail submarket.
