A Welsh mental health nurse was struck off after a disciplinary panel found she had sex with a colleague on three occasions at Glanrhyd Hospital.
The panel said Sullivan breached workplace policy by having a casual relationship with a colleague and failing to disclose it.
The three acts reportedly occurred in the hospital while on night shifts, with noises described during intimate moments.
Sullivan allegedly manipulated rosters to work with the colleague more often and left wards understaffed.
