Officers responded around 1:15 a.m. to a shooting in the 100 block of West Oak Street in Old Louisville.
Three victims were taken to UofL Hospital; two men in critical condition and a woman with non‑life-threatening injuries.
One of the male victims died after arrival at the hospital, according to police.
Louisville Metro Police Department's Homicide Unit is leading the investigation with no suspects identified.
Police are asking anyone with information to call the anonymous Crime Tip Line or submit tips online.
The incident occurred in Old Louisville, with victims found on West Oak Street and West St. Catherine Street.
