Las Vegas June festivals bring road closures to Arts District, Fremont Street, and Symphony Park

Several downtown Las Vegas events in June will close roads from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. the next day, affecting major corridors.
First Friday in the Arts District on June 5 will close Boulder Avenue to Hoover Avenue and Main Street in parts of the district.
A Sixth Street party will restrict access on Sixth Street between Fremont Street and the alley during the event.
Ward 5’s Juneteenth Festival is set for June 20 at The Smith Center and Symphony Park, with road closures starting at 10 a.m.
The 702 Market on June 27 will also require closures on Fremont Street from 11th Street east to the alley.
Organizers say the Juneteenth Festival will offer vendors, food trucks, and live performances at The Smith Center and Symphony Park.
Ticketed performances are planned at Myron’s inside The Smith Center during Juneteenth celebrations.
City officials advise residents to plan alternate routes during the closures tied to June events.
The closures affect venues and streets around the Arts District, Fremont Street, and Symphony Park areas.
