Columbus Crew and Columbus Metropolitan Library expand a community partnership to boost soccer access and youth literacy across Central Ohio.
The alliance includes Culture Pass and Summer Reading Challenge programs and community events to engage families.
A free kickoff event, 614 Day: Kickin’ It with the Crew, will be held at the Main Library on June 14 from 1-3 p.m.
Library cardholders can check out free Crew tickets for select matches through the Culture Pass program.
The 2026 season game tickets highlighted include matches against FC Cincinnati, CF Montréal, and New York Red Bulls.
The partnership includes a grand prize package with four tickets to a Crew match and signed memorabilia.
CML’s Summer Reading Challenge will feature a two-page spread about soccer and STEM activities supplied by the Crew.
The collaboration aims to strengthen community pride by connecting people to books and soccer experiences.
Columbus Crew will support Culture Pass initiatives through giveaways and fan experiences.
The collaboration includes a 2026 Columbus Book Festival connection as part of broader community events.
The partnership will celebrate with a kickoff event and continue expanding access to soccer and literacy.
