A stabbing occurred after an argument at a DeWitt Chipotle on Erie Boulevard East, police say.
The victim was stabbed in the upper back during the confrontation in the restaurant line.
Colin Cole, 19, of Syracuse, was identified as the suspect and later arrested.
Cole is being held at the Onondaga County Justice Center pending arraignment.
