UC Health opens $10M center billed as world's most advanced

UC Health and the U.S. Air Force opened an expanded C-STARS Simulation Center in Clifton, Cincinnati.
The $10 million expansion was funded through a Congressional appropriation and adds a 30,000-square-foot facility.

UC Health collaborated with Wright-Patterson Air Force Base’s 711th Human Performance Wing of the Air Force Research Laboratory on the project.

The center’s debut occurred March 11, with the official opening linked to the expanded facility.
The center is expected to advance military medicine training and trauma readiness research.
