Business rebates for energy upgrades

The City of Bloomington and CEE offer business rebates for energy-efficiency upgrades, including HVAC projects.
Rebates cover 20% of project costs up to $5,000 for HVAC work and $2,500 for refrigeration and lighting.
Rebates can be combined with other utility incentives.
A free energy assessment via CEE’s One-Stop Efficiency Shop is required to start the process.
A consultant will guide the project and CEE handles the rebate paperwork.
Projects must be completed by October 30 to qualify for rebates.
Rebates are first come, first served as part of the program's availability.
