BYU hosts pop-up service events

BYU held campus-wide pop-up service events Jan. 21 as part of its 150th anniversary celebration.
Students and faculty made suncatchers for homebound seniors at one campus site.

Family history activities were conducted at the Harold B. Lee Library to focus on memories.
At the Wilkinson Student Center, organizers used service-pass cards to prompt acts.
The pop-up events took place in multiple buildings including the Life Sciences Building and the Tanner Building.
Organizers said celebrations will continue throughout the semester as part of the anniversary.
