Oilers recall Josh Samanski and Isaac Howard from Bakersfield Condors to the NHL club.
Mangiapane and Regula were reassigned to Bakersfield after clearing waivers.
Mattias Janmark was placed on long-term injured reserve.
Samanski has eight goals and 23 assists in 44 games with Bakersfield this season.
Howard has 14 goals and 18 assists in 30 Condors games and two goals with the Oilers.
The moves come as the Oilers integrate young players into the NHL roster.
