Isabelle Tate died from a rare form of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, an inherited neurological disorder, on Oct. 19, her agent told Entertainment Weekly.
Tate passed away Oct. 19, and her family asked for privacy as they cope with this sudden loss.
Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, also known as hereditary motor and sensory neuropathy, causes nerve damage in arms and legs, often starting in adolescence or early adulthood.
